Before joining the lab, he completed an MSc in Audiological Science (Distinction) at University College London and trained as an audiologist in Taiwan. Alongside his doctoral work in Clinical Neurosciences at the University of Cambridge, Jason has worked clinically across NHS services, with experience in electrophysiology, hearing assessment, and hearing device fitting.
His research methods span from Psychophysics, Computational Models, and Electrophysiology. In long-term, he aims to contribute to the development of hearing aid prescription formula, clinical assessment tool, and CI coding strategy.
